Terms of Use (EULA) for MyHealth Rex

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyHealth Rex, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use MyHealth Rex.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the app following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using MyHealth Rex, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Some features of MyHealth Rex are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase confirmation.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
• If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Pricing and available plans are shown in-app and may vary by region and currency.

4. Account Registration

You may need to register for an account to access some features of MyHealth Rex. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use MyHealth Rex in a way that: violates any law or regulation, harms or exploits minors, infringes on anyone's rights, including intellectual property rights, or transmits any viruses or other harmful material.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MyHealth Rex, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MyHealth Rex immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyHealth Rex is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of MyHealth Rex.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
